HCR 20                                                                       
Representative Croft brought up reconsideration of the vote on                 
HCR20 which had been held until today (page 2404).                             
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in second reading:                    
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 20                                            
Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of                           
Representatives for a period of more than three days.                          
                                                                               
Representative Green placed a call of the House.
