The following was again before the House in second reading: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 20 Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of Representatives for a period of more than three days. Representative Green placed a call of the House. 2000-03-06 House Journal Page 2432 HCR 20 The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCR 20 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCR 20--RECONSIDERATION Second Reading Final Passage YEAS: 23 NAYS: 14 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Brice, Bunde, Cowdery, Dyson, Foster, Green, Halcro, Harris, Hudson, James, Joule, Kott, Masek, Morgan, Mulder, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Therriault, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Berkowitz, Cissna, Coghill, Croft, Davies, Grussendorf, Kemplen, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Moses, Ogan, Sanders, Smalley Excused: Davis, Kapsner, Murkowski And so, HCR 20 passed the House on reconsideration and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
